I was denied MWS Developer Keys without explaination

I am a 3rd Party Developer. I made an application that was denied without explanation. I really do need these keys. Who can I talk to about this?

At least I would like to know the reason that I was denied.

Hi Michael,

Could you please share what your case log status is in your Seller Central? We submitted the application for developer ID too and got “Status: Changed” marked in the case log without any details or follow-up suggestions. I am not sure if it is the same experience you’ve had?

I wish I could say otherwise, but the experience was frustrating at best. They will not give anything but a simple canned response about their guidelines, which I followed to a T.

It really is a low point for Amazon.
