When I got to work this morning I noticed that I did not have a single FBM order in the last 12 hours, which is very unusual, especially since November is my biggest month. When I checked my inventory, most of my FBM listings have been zeroed out. Inactive out of stock. I have no idea how this could have happened. Nobody with access to this account uploads inventory feeds or anything like that, and certainly not in the middle of the night.
Has anyone seen this happen before? Does anyone have ideas as to a potential cause? Is there any way to fix this without having to go through every listing and restock them one at a time? This is seriously stressing me out.
It’s probably a glitch in the system. It may suck, but fight through it and manually restock every listing.
Do you use a 3rd party program to manage stock? If you do I would start there.
If Not
Then download a All Listings inventory report and import a flat file with the correct quantity for each item.
I assume you have the data of your inventory stored somewhere other than just in Seller Central. Pull the data from there to populate the report.
Again any update?
Wondering if there is any commonality to the products?
Brand? UPC? Gating taking place when you had been un-gated previously?
The new 11/28 taking place before 11/28?
All the listings went to Inactive status with zero available?
