I see them in a lot of products I have ordered recently.

Heading problems off at the pass. I guess a $.01 piece of paper is worth the cost compared to trashing returns from ignorant buyers (and bad reviews).

This is common practice I think, I order stuff all the time, all sorts of categories, every single one has something like this

Most of them do. I am fine with the “Stop” one because that just gives a customer with a problem a way to get ahold of them to get it fixed. If Amazon didn’t have the ability for buyers to block messages from sellers, this wouldn’t be necessary. Amazon caused this to be necessary.

I don’t like the gift card for review ones though and I am quite sure that those are against Amazon’s review policy.

I used to see these all the time when I ordered stuff on Amazon. I rarely buy on Amazon anymore so…

Personally, not recently except for a piece of put it together kit furniture. But a couple of years ago, it was getting stupid. I bought an item once that had nearly 4 pounds of inserts and advertisements in it not just only review or junk and get money, but refer your friends too for cash and junk mail/Sunday Paper inserts like free baby food sample for just $9.99 shipping and handling, and has your car warranty expired.
