For the last few months since the introduction of “customer ratings” where customers can just leave a star rating with no text, I’ve noticed my competitors start getting 30-40 ratings a day, when they were only getting 3-4 reviews previously. Their review to rating ration is totally off. They’ll have 500 “reviews” but 2000 ratings.
Wondering f there’s some sort of feature to request a rating or if they are abusing some sort of black hat tactic?

I have a competitor in the Espresso Beans offerings…
They have 188 verified product reviews and only 30 (yes 30) seller feedback ratings…
Come on Amazon…really?
If it can be abused or manipulated it will be.
