And @Best_Connections_Inc, it’s clear that Amazon employees were involved–who do you mean by “Amazon heads” (from the tin foil hat crowd1…who are evidently right in this case ).

Here are my questions:
- Did the Sellers know that the consultants they hired for help with reinstatement were allegedly paying off Amazon employees?
- Did the Sellers for whom these consultants were hired contribute to the alleged bribes, in addition to payment for services?
Ultimately, if the Sellers were aware of and/or contributed to these alleged criminal acts, then should they not also be held accountable, by either Amazon or the DOJ?

Yes and another excellent example why a business like mine understandably never did stand a fair chance over last couple of years. For the simple reason that long time sellers would never engage in illegal or even unfair business practices. Why go so low? Flip side is, it’s exactly that profile that got shuttered by all the insider scams running including that ridiculous “Amazon Health Support” business process workflow… I’m sure that one was exploited by the bad actors to remove their competitors. I hope Amazon gets a grip and someone needs to take a completely fresh look at how 3P sellers have been managed in recent times. What these charges won’t address is the accounts still suspended due to the antics of rigged insider jobs.

As a long time seller on Amazon I am in constant fear of waking up to that red flag. Even being a very honest seller dealing with not stop issues with selling on this platform. I know so many third party sellers that follow the rules and do there best to make sure every order and product are perfect. I just think there is something inherently wrong with that fact that we have been made to feel this way.
Just last week I got a call from Amazon Health dashboard team and after I answered the phone and was told which department she was from my heart sank thinking oh no this is going to be bad.
Turns out it was just a courtesy call to see if I wanted monthly calls to discuss dash board heath issues.
We as third party sellers who make up 60% of Amazons sales should be treated with so much more respect and not made to feel guilty with every ding the bots find. Even though most of them are always false.
I find it disturbing that this goes on and hate to think of how many lives have been ruined by this group of people. We are all in this together just trying to provide a living for our family’s.
Also since I do not post very often a big thanks to all the other third party sellers who try to help every one on the message boards, While you may not hear it often but I am sure we would like to thank you all.

Actually, the biggest concern is that just a few people were able to get inside information on OUR suppliers and that they were able to orchestrate attacks on other 3P sellers thru dishonest Amazon employees. How many sellers were deactivated due to this? How many sellers committed suicide after losing their account? How many sellers lost their place to live due to this. Many will say its a big company can’t watch them all…bet you wouldn’t say that if you lost your account only to find out it was done with the help of an amazon employee. This is why most of my money makers are on Ebay…I will never give any company my suppliers…especially amazon

Yes and another excellent example why a business like mine understandably never did stand a fair chance over last couple of years. For the simple reason that long time sellers would never engage in illegal or even unfair business practices. Why go so low? Flip side is, it’s exactly that profile that got shuttered by all the insider scams running including that ridiculous “Amazon Health Support” business process workflow… I’m sure that one was exploited by the bad actors to remove their competitors. I hope Amazon gets a grip and someone needs to take a completely fresh look at how 3P sellers have been managed in recent times. What these charges won’t address is the accounts still suspended due to the antics of rigged insider jobs.
