Hello everyone,
We have recently noticed that there was a chargeback deduction in September for an FBA order from February. There was no notification or any email of sorts.
To our email there is a blunt reply, that we are responsible to reimburse Amazon. Attached a screenshot of the email message for Amazon on support ticket raised.
Since when seller’s are responsible for chargeback on FBA orders? Are we missing something here?
