Anyone know anything about dailynutrifood
I just found my trade marked tea brand being sold on DailyNutrition website. I have not wholesaled it to anyone. They copied my Amazon listing word for word with the reviews, the images, etc.
I also saw several brands being sold on Amazon listed there too… I don’t know if its my supplier that is doing it or what.

They may be drop shipping by ordering the product from Amazon. You will not know until you do a test buy and see how it arrives.

You can always have an IP attorney send them a letter for violating copyright.
They are probably scraping pages on Amazon and then drop shipping.
Another possibility, which in this case is not happening from what I can tell, is that the site is an Associate/Affiliate site and legally using the content.
