You are thinking of the button that used to be called “Transfer Funds”. They’ve renamed it and moved it. Not all sellers have it. If you do, there’s no fee.

Are you thinking about the third-party service Payability? There are numerous threads about the company. Payability advertised heavily for a while and many sellers thought the service was somehow approved by Amazon as a partner. Nope, Amazon was just taking their advertising fees.
