I am really disappointed at Amazon!!
Yesterday, I set up a social media code 50% code. At the same time our 40% off coupon with budget 200 dollars was still valid. Then you know what happened? All of my stock were sold out within 30 minutes with 90% off discount because the coupon was used by many many buyers even if I set budget 200 dollars. The total spend shown in the coupon page is over 7000 dollars. The units sold were about 500pcs, I contacted Amazon immediately, only 100pcs were canceled so far.

I have no idea what to do now. How to ask Amazon to compensate us? I lose about 10,000 dollars because of the stupid coupon!

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
