Hello, I was selling some home and medical products and was granted permission to sell in the US market months ago. Then yesterday I applied to sell in the Canadian and submitted the invoice and images of the products, as requested.
I then received this email that my account was deactivated. All documents I submitted are original. Any idea of how can I prove that?
I received the email from the Canada site, but it seems if has affected the Mexican and US account as well:
