Epost does appear as a valid carrier, but no one is being able to tell me what is the carrier code to be used when uploading a shipping confirmation file…does anyone please know?

None of it matters if Amazon does not integrate with them. You might as well be using Speedy Delivery.

Please , someone help me, this is an ERROR IN THE AMAZON system we have been reporting for 2 months, there should be someone who can easily tell us the EPOST GLOBAL CARRIER CODE for feed confirmation, please guys , any of you who may have a minute just to ask the shipping/systems department. Your help page has contraditory information, on valid tracking rate it mentions epost global and it also appears on the orders confirmation pulldown, but no carrier code is working, i simply need the correct wording PLEASE, one minute of your time.

From Update: Amazon only accepts shipment confirmation that includes a CarrierCode value

Here are the errors , it is very important to note, before you mention the below XML error , and any other opinion that we are using the EXACT FILE we have been using and use for confirming fedex, usps, etc, and it works. So this is a matter of the Amazon system, probably as they added epost global recently their technicians did not ingtegrate it correctly…

Who developed this api software for you, or are you developing it yourself?

Do you think that EPOST GLOBAL is expecting an XML file instead of a flat file? I am trying to think out of the box, as i never had that XML error line 8…
maybe epost global being just added by amazon in the last months, its expecting an xml file, just guessing…i will check that , should work with flat file, would not make sense, but who knows…

any good soul that may try confirming an order with epost global with a feed flat file and then you can change it manually on sellercentral?
