I tried connecting to my H10 account for days after paying the money. it keeps saying error and does not connect to my seller central. The customer help is rubbish. I am even unable to access the website to atleast cancel my subscription

You have to give them a 2 moth notice to cancel or else you're signed up for another year for a mediocre product at best. Didn't even increase sales but spent more time and money trying to fine tune this product. Total waste of time.

The #1 reason I paid for helilum 10 is to monitor my sales in real time. No time is this more important than December. My account is not showing any sales, and the online chat help only tells me "just wait 24 hours." it's been about 14 days, I"m writting since Cyber Monday :(

There have been multiple problems through the years. Here's what I'm dealing with right now that's driving me to finally leave the review... If you move your child asin to a new parent you need to MANUALLY move/duplicate all your keyword tracking to the new parent. Here's the kicker, in 2024 I started using the notes/tags features so I can know the relevant changes I've made and see how it affects rankings. These lovely amateurs never thought to make it possible to move/duplicate/export your tags/notes. I'm not happy about having to do it manually, but in theory you can duplicate the keywords to the new parent, and then go back and manually add all your notes/tags. But there's a catch, this requires DOUBLE the amount of keyword allotment space, which I do not have because I already use my whole plan. They want me to PAY to upgrade because their 💩 coding does not have a copy/duplicate/export feature. It is peak Christmas season and I have 677 keywords that are not tracking AT ALL (even though I have PAID for them), because currently they're stuck under the old parent that no longer exists. And instead of Helium just simply adding 677 keywords to my plan for a couple days, I am now here writing this. I even told them they can take the keywords off after a couple days so I can have a chance to manually duplicate all the notes/tags myself. That would just be too logical and sensible. I guess yet another 1-star review is what they'd rather have.

I am 2 years user and now searching for new management tool , Helium 10 had recently a lot of errors and I can't really on the data they provide , the profit they show is not true. my PPC on amazon spend is 2000 in the last month but on H10 is way less and different , I called the support team many times and all they said that they have escalated to the developing team, and they keep saying that and they've never fixed any issue . and I saw same issue on their FB page , many people facing same issues , and more about Profit and ADTOMIC . the ADTOMIC makes my ACOS go way higher , it was 20-30% but after ADTOMIC it is 97% now , the suggestion in ADTOMIC is broken and show only 15% of suggestion supposed to show . a lot of bloody keywords ADTOMIC did not catch them, and as I mention recently ADTOMIC doesn't show PPC data correctly .

The product itself is 4 stars - but expensive. The support is minus five hundred stars, so I'll have to add it up to the lowest score I'm allowed to give.

We susbscribed to their Adtomic Add-on for less than a month. We were firstly charged a proportion up to invoicing date of our account and secondly for a full month of fees until the cancellation. So we ended up using the add-on for around 3 weeks but simply charged 1.5x of the monthly fee. When asked, they acknowledged that we are overcharged and credited our account. As we were also about to cancel our account, we asked for a refund rather than a credit. This was what was fair for both parties but they simply wanted to keep the money and slaped T&C to our face which does not even regulate this invoicing practice. So beware if you want to try their add-ons for a short period of time because they did their best to charge you more than you use the service.Adtomic on the other hand is a useless add-on which I cannot believe how they charge 200 USD for a month. The only benefit we see was that the ads data are aggregated on a SKU-level. Other than that, Amazon's own Campaign Manager is way advanced and usefull.

Great features. But you really need to spend a lot of time learing how to navigate and utlize, otherwise you wont gain an advantage. Monthly subsription is on the high end.

This is an over-hyped and innacurate application. They have a good marketing team, but the rest of mostly low quality data and features you dont need. So much was broken with the app and they simply either not fix it, or they offer work-arounds that are quite frankly ridiculous, and this happens even for premium features. After 4 years, we gave up and moved to Jungle Scout, which is a lot better.
