I have used so many different software suites since I started selling on amazon in 2001. About 10?12? years ago we found Inventory Lab, and it put all others in the dust. They were at a trade show where our business had a booth 3 down from them. They were very engaging, clearly intelligent, and we decided to give them a shot. Never looked back. Then last year they "merged" (sold?) to 3Colts. I never realized the impact it could have on our business until the 3Colts programmer was assigned the job of redoing the listing interface to one of their (substandard and uninformed) programmers. What a debacle. I could go on and on, but will spare you. Support? Pre 3Colts, hands down the best. Now: Nonexistent. Oh wait, they have AI. It sucks. And never responds to the question you ask. IT CRASHES CONSTANTLY and a pop up say go to product-inventorylab.threecolts dot com/api/profitv6. That crashes before loading. I would suggest researching further, the closest to Inventory Labs ORIGINAL is Scanpower.

I like that it makes my shipping much smoother by updating with Seller Central often.

It is excellent that they manage sales reports, because it is an easy way to check how Amazon's business is going, if profits or losses are being made, I love this inventory lab function

Overall IL is great software. It really makes it easier for me to list items and track my costs/profits.

This app is fantastic for new and old sellers. I've used inventory Lab since my start and it's saved me several times from making mistakes. Additionally, it helps price your listings, look up old sku's and manage fba shipments. Great tool.

I love the reports and the ease of listing. I am concerned about issues that might impact my AMZ seller account caused by using this 3rd party service.

Before IL I was using spreadsheets to manage all FBA orders, profit, loss etc... Not very efficient. Now all of these things are automated and I hardly give them thought. A real time saver and perfect for keeping my FBA business running smoothly.

Amazon listings and reports

As a new FBA seller, there has been a huge learning curve. InventoryLab has helped me so much! Customer service has been fantastic and the ongoing educational opportunies are so great. I wouldn't be nearly as successful without InventoryLab! Worth every penny!
