No way to track the status of your shipments from a single page. You have to click each shipment, then click a USPS/UPS link. Terrible!I used it for AMZ but also Etsy. If I ran out of stock on something, Veeqo would flip the status to "deactived" in Etsy. SEO and ranking LOST due to not setting the item to "out of stock".It's a very immature product that lacks stability, features, and proper customer suppport.

They circle around answers via AI and never get the real time answers with HUMAN!and I have VERY difficulty logging in with amazon linked account, I JUST CAN'T FIND IT!!!!!so much wasting of my precious time!!!!!

10/24: Wont protect your account from az if the labels veeqo provides are faulty then they wont scan. Do not try this! Selling on here for many years without a glitch. Veeqo had a documented glitch in September and that has caused numerous az claims... and BECAUSE they are an amazon company its much worst. If you think seller support is non responsive and unaccountable, veeqo says move over. They issues faulty badly configurated labels that usps scanners had plenty of trouble reading . NOTHING is FREE and this has a awful catch! Pay the other shipping solutions, using veeqo is putting all the eggs in one basket and thats a no, no. HARD LEARNED LESSON.I’m transitioning from another solution. Over a decade of shipping experience. But this is tops, has basic ready to ship features. I sense an easy migration and better use of features. The product /inventory management seems more forward than other applications and I think I might actually use it. Veeqo is very user friendly, I’ve needed very little support. When support is needed, there is chat! Hate waiting for email support for quick fixes when shipping is time sensitive. Its very important that I have access via app. Very easy to setup, like too easy :). i’m looking forward to new features like branding. Will update if necessary.

The rates are not what you would expect from such a large company.The FedEx rates from southeast to west coast are always considerablyhigher than other platforms. The UPS rates are more competitive.

I been using Veeqo for many months now and is the Best way to purchase shipping labels for all my other E-Commerce platform orders. It also it automaticaly syncs my inventories between all of my stores.

Veeqo will be an interesting shipping application after they fix some bugs and technical issues. As of May 2023, Veeqo provides Kilograms/Grams and Centimeters which causes issues with Buyer requested UPS return labels. (glitch with Veeqo being from outside the USA originally)

It automatically selects the lowest price which shipstation does not do. So it saves tons of time. The only negative is if you try to print more the 15 or so orders the system crashes and it won't let you print so you have to print in smaller batches. Once that is fixed this will be amazing.

I am currenly shipping about 98% of my orders on Veeqo and 2% on ShipStation, which I have been using since 2014. The service support and the marketing folks have been great. Unfortunately, Veeqo still has a number of bugs and glitches that need to be fixed before I can transition 100%. For example here are a few that I have experienced:1. International Shipping choices are limited to only DHL.2. Not able to process orders with a PO Box destination.3. Not able to process USPS APO/FPO/DPO destinations.4. The filter system is cumbersome and could be more user friendly.5. There is no fast or easy way to combine orders. This has to be done manually.

You get great pricing on shipping for all orders regardless of marketplace. Once they get all the bugs worked out and mandatory features added it will be great. Things it can not currently do include: adding insurance to packages, international shipments with any carrier but DHL and only with Amazon orders: with DHL through Veeqo with Amazon orders: you are responsible for any taxes should they be charged: and does not currently support multi bin locations for inventory storage. System overrides info on amazon inventory that it should not. No way to get to your listings from Veeqo if you need to check things or whatever. Fedex Onerate is not setup properly for sizes. You have to hunt to find the proper choice of each size of one rate to get the propper quote and multiple sizes are still unavailble for a quote including Medium. If you need to make a quick shipping label for something not involving an order it does not exist on Veeqo. Everything must be an order and must have a product and a payment to be able to create an order. Cancelled shipping labels take 3-4 months to get a refund which is unacceptable. You also have no documentation for such things. While free I still have to pay for my other shipping system and other inventory software due to problems and missing features. When this gets better I will update. I have been using it for about 6 months and it has not been smooth sailing. Says Opencart support is coming. But they have no idea when. Definitely not this year as I understand it so not sure why its in the setup screen. Also no support for Facebook shops. Should also note this is owned by Amazon. So we may be giving them access to even more data about our business.

HAve been using it for months now. I prefer it over the amazon buy shipping. It still needs a few improvements, but it has already had multiple improvements so far, so i expect more to come. I do like it.
