    • Refund analysis: Analyzes refund rates, reasons for refunds and costs of refunds by store and product. Accurately retrieves the actual refund data for each day.
    • CRM emails requesting reviews: Manages buyers and effectively groups them, creating custom emails for different buyers to help obtain neutral reviews.
    • FBA smart replenishment: Logically calculates replenishment time and quantity, integrating data such as aging inventory, abnormal distribution fees, return rates and estimated storage fees.

    I’ve never used this kind of software before, because I’m always a little skeptical about it and I actually use this a lot better than I was expecting to.My favorite part of CaptainBI is the advertising optimization, with this function, I can set rules to automatically adjust advertising bids at different time periods, to help us get the maximum results. It provides a lot of convenience for sellers like us.

    Let's talk about the FBA claim function first.

    I've been using captainBI for almost a year, and it started as a free trial because I had no idea about it at first. I didn't want to be a mouse and spend money to help others test a set of software. I generally use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and operation assistance, and cooperate with simple script programs to achieve automation, but with the growth of business volume, the amount of data starts to grow more and more. I need a more automated and intelligent software assistant. Let's talk about the FBA claim function first. I have used this function to claim thousands of dollars from Amazon. And this feature is still free, damn it, I love this feature.
