    No longer a great platform

    We have used shipstation sense 2012 and it was wonderful. We recommended it to anyone who processed orders in large volumes. The interface was neat, clean & shipping multiple copies if items was FAST! You could tag items with specific weights and just print and go.However -- they rolled out a FORCED UPGRADE of the platform early 2022 and what a mistake that was.There are multiple bugs in the system they have yet to resolve. I have 4 open support tickets, some over 4 months old, still unresolved. Printing time as increased 300% and we spend 3x more time processing orders than we did pre-update.

    we have relied on shipstation for 10+ years to print process orders and print labels and it was great, then they forced a broken version nobody asked for on all of us. this new version sucks and always crashes when creating labels or trying to print an end of day sheet. whoever's idea this was should be fired and if it was the higher ups, they should fire themselves. thank you shipstation for makikng things more complicated and a waste of time

    If I were making money trying to figure out how to fix ShipStation, I'd be loaded. But I'm actually trying to run the business I own. When I started 3ish years ago, ShipStation was fine. Now, at least weekly, there is some tragic bug that might not even be visible. It wouldn't send notifications to my website customers for months. Count on spending hours every week trying to get this software back to simply functioning. I am also looking for something else.

    I used to swear up and down about how incredible this software is. Then they did this upgrade that is the biggest piece of garbage. Everyday it is something new. Just tired. I had a great 7 years and then I was forced to upgrade. Now looking elsewhere

    Keeps Breaking. Used to be good, but now is garbage software.

    We've had ShipStation for about a decade, and have loved it -- but they broke it.ShipStation recently rolled out a forced update, and now the system is constantly breaking.Today we spent hours on hold, only to be disconnected because they "went home for the evening." We were waiting for them to "fix" the broken Amazon Connection, which remains broken as I write this review (we cannot import orders, and cannot upload tracking numbers). As we can all agree, this means poor performance for AZ and Customers, which isn't acceptable.Last week eBay's connection broken, and needed new authorizations, which required resetting everything on an Admin Computer. A heads up would have been nice, but not breaking it would have been better. When we went to complete the setup, the settings they show "on their side" do not match "our side," so we still cannot get eBay setup the way it is supposed to work. Support doesn't know why they don't match, but that doesn't help us - it just adds another layer of frustration.We are currently losing at least an hour per day in lost labor, delayed imported orders, and other issues. It really isn't worth the hassle and massive collection of unfixed issues they've created.

    This software was one of the best shipping software and then this company decided to forced upgrade, since that day this software is piece of garbage do not sign up , find something else

    I am able to receive my shipping confirmation details in Shipstation and have not been able to notifiy marketplace anymore. I put a service ticket in and pretty sure it's been over a year and no resolution.

    Solid platform for our fulfillment purposes. Could use improvements as far as the speed at which Amazon orders update into the Shipstation shipping queue.

    10 years+ using Shipstation on Amazon. Would be nice if Shipstation didn't charge for using Amazon shipping. That takes a star away. Otherwise good.

    We've had a great experience with Shipstation. There has been some ups and downs over the many years we have been a customer. We don't like paying to use our own UPS account but still want to keep it active. Shipstation's rate on UPS and the availability of UPS Ground Saver has been a great addition. Now we have more shipments going UPS and not getting delayed at USPS distribution centers. Shipstation is very easy to use. Like most apps they have updates and make changes I don't like but get used to. We have shopped them around with other similar apps. None of them had all the capabilities that Shipstation does.
