there are much better options available with live chat and support to navigate the many flaws of the jungle scout system. do your research and you will find numerous competitors with a much better product similarly priced.

There sale analytics tool, customer support and service is as terrible

Jungle Scout is very proactive. But they can lead you in to a false sense of security as there are many things they do not talk about. I just missed selling internationally over the Christmas period because I could not find how to enable that till after 2 months of searching and asking. Even Amazon support gave me endless incorrect answers. Also JungleScout often advertises forums that do not happen or it is because they are USA centric and do not communicate GMT. JS also has competitions you enter and hear nothing back that leaves you wondering if you are part of a scam. But as far as I see they are the best out there. However, I lost $50,000 on my Amazon startup trying to solve all the gaps. It would be much better if JS took more responsibility for what they inspire and answered questions about Amazon issues and not just about JS issues.

For a beginner yes it can help when searching for new product to see the demand and also the keywords but there are plenty website that offers those services for free .
