I am facing issues and getting violations as someone has fraudulently registered our brand name in India (IndianStore4All) and he is sending us warnings.

I am taking action against him in India meanwhile seeking your help in this to kindly report him as a fraud.

You can see my listings in 2016, which I created under IndianStore4All brand name.

Earlier to this I was selling on Ebay I will provide a picture of that from 2015 under the same brand name.

I request you to block him from sending fake violations.

I have created these listings, and after that, there were no edits. You can track it from your side, and suddenly he is mapping all our listings and troubling us.

I have registered brand IS4A (US Registration Number: 6716502 India registration number: 4483319) which is a short form of IndianStore4All. IS4A.com and IndianStore4All.com is also registered with us.

We had a A to Z claim resolved against us that was filed yesterday. Amazon did not even let us reply to to the claim and just refunded the buyer. In addition, the buyer is a complete scammer who claimed we sent him a big empty box with just 1 small item inside of it. My staff would never do such a thing. We also confirmed the product was produced on the day of production and placed in the box. The buyer would not even provide us with the requested photos so we could investigate the issue.

Why does Amazon function like this? It's ridiculous.

I'm reaching out to the community for advice and to raise awareness about an issue that's severely impacting our business and potentially many others here. We've recently encountered a surge of counterfeit products being listed under our branded listings. These counterfeit items do not match the registered GTIN barcodes or the labeling, and they're certainly not manufactured by us, the original brand.

What’s even more alarming is that these counterfeiters have managed to update the product detail images on our listings. The new images now showcase their counterfeit products, which are designed to look very similar to our genuine items, misleading customers and diluting our brand's reputation.

This situation not only affects our sales but also misleads our customers, who trust they are purchasing authentic products. The integrity of our brand is at stake, and we are concerned about the potential long-term damage.

Has anyone else experienced this? What steps did you take to resolve it? I'm seeking any advice on how to tackle these counterfeit listings effectively and how to prevent these sellers from altering our product images and details in the future. We have already tried to report them via Report a Violation Tool as well as through our BRand Registry but nothing seems to be effectively removing these sellers offerings from our listings. We have no issue if they want to be official resellers, however they must obtain the true product and go through the necessary channels to obtain this.

I was just charged a Storage Utilization Surcharge for I guess whatever changes just recently went into effect.

With the surcharge my storage fees essentially just doubled.

What I find sinister is that Amazon has direct control over how fast my inventory moves by controlling whether or not I get the buy box.

So Amazon can literally slow my sales down by denying me the buy box, but then charge me for having slow sales. Amazon can suppress listings and offers.

But this is especially sinister when Amazon is selling on the same listing I am.

Amazon can block my sales and then charge me extra fees for not getting sales.
