Hello @Seller_PIHyltK09pbl3 and @Seller_QTT5oP45IFvQZ
I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding a seller hijacking my listing.
A Chinese seller ("HAOXIN SHOP") is currently counterfeiting our product on our ASIN. Because our USPTO trademark is currently in a pending status, Brand Registry denied our IP infringement claim.
To address this, I performed a test buy and submitted a report via Account Health -> Report Abuse.
Complaint ID: 20420826351
Issue: The test buy clearly shows that the product sold by "HAOXIN SHOP" is counterfeit and does not match our ASIN listing (photos were attached to the complaint).
It has been almost a week since I filed this complaint, and no action has been taken. This hijacker is actively selling fake products to our customers, which puts us at an immediate risk of receiving negative reviews that could destroy our business.
Could you please look into Complaint ID: 20420826351 and help us remove this unauthorized seller?
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
We had an order today where the customer initially ordered three items, then canceled two of them. However, both the Amazon and Veeqo packing slips still listed all three items. We only noticed the problem because the total in ShipStation seemed too low. It turns out that once the packing slips are generated, they are not updated if the customer cancels items. We almost shipped items that the customer had not paid for.
Hi Sellers,
Congratulations on making it through Prime Day! 🎉 Whether you crushed your sales goals or learned valuable lessons for next time, there's one thing every seller should do right now: check your Account Health Rating (AHR).
High-volume events like Prime Day can amplify small issues into bigger problems. Here's what to watch and how to stay ahead.
What is Your Account Health Rating?
Your AHR is a color-coded score ranging from 0 to 1,000 that reflects your compliance with Amazon's policies. It categorizes your account into three zones:
Your score decreases with policy violations but improves through violation resolution and successful order fulfillment. It operates on a rolling 180-day window, so Prime Day activity will factor into your score for the next six months.
Post-Prime Day Metrics to Monitor
1. Order Defect Rate (ODR)
Your ODR must stay below 1%. After a high-volume event, watch for:
2. Late Shipment Rate (LSR)
If you're seller-fulfilled, did the Prime Day rush cause any ship confirmations to slip past the expected ship date? Keep your LSR under 4%.
3. Policy Violations
Increased sales volume means more eyes on your listings. Watch your Performance Notifications for any new:
4. Voice of the Customer (VoC)
Check for ASINs that may have shifted from "Good" to "Fair" or "Poor" CX Health status after the event. Address these before they escalate.
Proactive Steps to Take This Week 📌
Review your Account Health Dashboard — Look for any new violations or warnings
Check Performance Notifications — Respond to any flagged issues within 24 hours
Download your returns report — Identify any Prime Day-related return spikes
Resolve open violations — Each resolved violation helps your AHR recover
Monitor your VoC page — Catch product issues early before enforcement action

After creating two seller support cases starting Feb. 1, 2026, to identify three (3) charges made on my bank account, seller support agents reported they could not find or identify these amounts in my seller account. In the meantime, I disputed these charges with the bank. On May 9, 2026, I created a promotion but was denied due to "unpaid charges" - I was livid because I sell pet products and "Pet Month" was coming up. I created another case and on May 28, 2026, after 117 days, I was sent 3 statements covering these amounts. No apologies from Advertising support. Hope you don't have to experience this.
