Uploading Spreadsheet for tee shirts. Won't validate. Error ring size?

Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry > Novelty & More > Clothing > Novelty > Men > Shirts > T-Shirts (novelty-t-shirts)

I've always used this for item keyword. Yes, it says jewelry but never has it asked me for ring size. This is a new glitch for me.

I'm not selling rings; I am selling shirts.

Can anybody advice?

Hey guys,

Quick one.

We got an extortion email about a week ago – pay up or we’ll hurt your listing. Ignored it.

Then days later, a 1-star review pops up. The text is pure AI nonsense – it talks about our aluminum valve cover having issues and mentions "oil separator deformation."

Here’s the thing: we only sell PLASTIC valve covers. No aluminum, no oil separator. The review doesn't even match our product. It’s just random words slapped together.

So yeah – extortion first, fake AI review right after. Same playbook.

What we did:

Screenshot the email

Reported the review

I want Amazon to actually look into this. It's not just about one listing – it's a whole scam ring.

Anyone else been hit like this? How did you push Amazon to act? Is there a better team to contact?

Thanks.

Why can't the products that have been re-activated in my store appear on the buyer's side, but the store shows that they have been listed for sale, what's going on?

Hello @Seller_PIHyltK09pbl3 and @Seller_QTT5oP45IFvQZ

I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding a seller hijacking my listing.

A Chinese seller ("HAOXIN SHOP") is currently counterfeiting our product on our ASIN. Because our USPTO trademark is currently in a pending status, Brand Registry denied our IP infringement claim.

To address this, I performed a test buy and submitted a report via Account Health -> Report Abuse.

Complaint ID: 20420826351

Issue: The test buy clearly shows that the product sold by "HAOXIN SHOP" is counterfeit and does not match our ASIN listing (photos were attached to the complaint).

It has been almost a week since I filed this complaint, and no action has been taken. This hijacker is actively selling fake products to our customers, which puts us at an immediate risk of receiving negative reviews that could destroy our business.

Could you please look into Complaint ID: 20420826351 and help us remove this unauthorized seller?

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Hello, sellers! 👋

Are you selling on TikTok Shop and looking for a faster, more reliable way to fulfill orders? Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) is now a supported fulfillment solution for TikTok Shop — and it could be a game-changer for your business.

Why Use MCF for TikTok Shop?

With MCF, you can leverage a single pool of inventory within Amazon's fulfillment network to support fast, reliable delivery across all your sales channels, including TikTok Shop. This means:

✅ Faster delivery — Use Amazon's fulfillment network to get orders to TikTok Shop customers quickly

✅ Reduced inventory costs — No need to split inventory across multiple warehouses

✅ Unified fulfillment — Manage all your orders from one place, saving you time and operational headaches

How to Get Started

Your setup depends on whether you have access to Seller Shipping on TikTok Shop:

  • If you have Seller Shipping access: You can continue fulfilling TikTok Shop orders via Amazon MCF with no workflow changes required. There's no need to create an Amazon MCF warehouse — you're all set!
  • If you don't have Seller Shipping access: You'll need to set up an MCF warehouse in TikTok Shop Seller Center to fulfill orders using MCF. This is a one-time setup that connects your Amazon inventory to your TikTok Shop.

Understanding how customers shop can help you make smarter decisions about your listings, pricing, and fulfillment strategy.

Here are three trends transforming how shoppers use their devices, purchase internationally, and pay at checkout:

  • Mobile dominates shopping, but conversion still lags. 91% of shoppers now use smartphones to browse and buy, yet mobile converts at less than half the rate of desktop (1.53% vs. 3.4%) due to smaller screens and checkout friction. Mobile already accounts for over half of all cross-border purchases globally. Use Manage Your Experiments to A/B test mobile-optimized main images, titles, and A+ Content layouts to help close the conversion gap.
  • Cross-border shopping is mainstream. Three in five shoppers globally now purchase from retailers outside their home market. Enroll in Amazon Global Selling to list your products across 19+ international marketplaces from a unified Seller Central account, with automatic translation and local currency pricing.
  • Buy now, pay later is reshaping checkout behavior. Over a third of US shoppers made a buy now, pay later purchase in the past 90 days. This is a five-point increase year over year. In the UK, more than half of adults have now used buy now, pay later. Use Virtual Product Bundles (available to Brand Registered sellers) to create multi-item bundles that bring cart totals above the eligibility threshold.

Hello Amazon Community Managers,

Our seller account is currently under attack by a highly coordinated return fraud and postal fraud scheme involving 8 separate FBM orders for our bulk matchbox listing ("Plain White Match Boxes Bulk, 100-Pack").

We have already systematically submitted individual reports via the "Report Abuse" tool for every order ID and submitted formal representations with carrier evidence for the A-to-z claims. However, because these claims directly threaten our Order Defect Rate (ODR) and account health, we urgently need a Community Manager to escalate this case internally to the Fraud and Buyer Abuse Teams.

---

### SUMMARY OF FRAUD PATTERN & EVIDENCE

1. Systematic Fraud Operation:

• Outbound Shipments: All 8 orders were shipped FBM to genuine buyer addresses across the US (e.g., California, Texas, Ohio, Florida). Outbound shipping weights ranged from 1 lb 5 oz to 2 lbs via FedEx/USPS in 12x6x4 boxes.

• Origin Scan Discrepancy: Every single return label generated by the scammer—regardless of the ship-to state thousands of miles away—shares an identical return origin scan from Bloomfield, New Jersey.

• Return Address: All returns bear the exact same return address: Angela Hearst, 85 Irving Terrace, Bloomfield, NJ 07003.

• Returned Contraband: Instead of our matchboxes, the returned packages contain cheap, lightweight junk items (3 oz plastic children's scissors, 10 oz TEMU supplements) in small plastic bags.

• Non-Responsive Buyers: All attempts to contact the buyer accounts via Buyer-Seller Messaging have gone unanswered.

2. Side-by-Side Carrier Evidence Available:

• Outbound FedEx/USPS tracking receipts displaying 1lb 5oz – 2lb package weights.

• Return tracking receipts showing 3oz – 10oz package weights (paid label weight mismatch).

• Photos showing the uniform physical junk items received, return shipping labels, and NJ origin scans.

---

---

### ACTION REQUESTED

Could a Community Manager please:

1. Escalate these 8 linked Order IDs directly to the internal Buyer Fraud / Account Integrity Team to review the organized network.

2. Ensure our account’s Order Defect Rate (ODR) is protected and padded against metric damage from these fraudulent A-to-z claims.

3. Confirm reversal/reimbursement for claims granted under false return representations.

@KJ_Amazon @Xander_Amazon @Tiff_Amazon @Seller_Support

Thank you for reviewing this critical matter.

I'm posting in the hope that an admin might read this and assist. I'll cut to the chase:

Customer opened an A to Z for a package that got lost in the mail.

I shipped the package a day earlier than required.

Shipping was purchased through Amazon.

Order page says "Claims protected."

Despite this, the A to Z was found in favor of the customer.

But wait...I'm not just out the cost of the item. The claim resulted in an order defect rate of 1.27% that essentially shut my shop down so I can't even sell to overcome that defect rate!

My livelihood is affected because of somebody incompetent in the A to Z department who can't even give me an explanation for their illogical decision. I've contacted customer support but all they do is transfer it and I got a second rejection. My follow-up support ticket isn't moving after a couple days.

What options do I have?
