Why can't the products that have been re-activated in my store appear on the buyer's side, but the store shows that they have been listed for sale, what's going on?

Hello @Seller_PIHyltK09pbl3 and @Seller_QTT5oP45IFvQZ

I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding a seller hijacking my listing.

A Chinese seller ("HAOXIN SHOP") is currently counterfeiting our product on our ASIN. Because our USPTO trademark is currently in a pending status, Brand Registry denied our IP infringement claim.

To address this, I performed a test buy and submitted a report via Account Health -> Report Abuse.

Complaint ID: 20420826351

Issue: The test buy clearly shows that the product sold by "HAOXIN SHOP" is counterfeit and does not match our ASIN listing (photos were attached to the complaint).

It has been almost a week since I filed this complaint, and no action has been taken. This hijacker is actively selling fake products to our customers, which puts us at an immediate risk of receiving negative reviews that could destroy our business.

Could you please look into Complaint ID: 20420826351 and help us remove this unauthorized seller?

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Amazon Ad bids - I smell a rat
by Seller_LAhuiXJ4eMubd
Amazon replied

Hi Guys - I just added a new ASIN, then immediately created an Amazon Ads campaign for it.

After I created the ad campaign I went to my targets to see the suggested bids, and I noticed a certain target ASIN with a suggested bid of $0.52. This immediately caught my attention because I already have this same target ASIN in an existing ad campaign, and that number seemed quite low.

I checked my other campaign with the same target ASIN, and the suggested bid is $0.97 - almost twice what it is in the new ad campaign. This is for the same target ASIN, with both ad campaigns being Sponsored Products campaigns.

My fellow sellers, I smell a rat. I believe Amazon is manipulating us to pay more per click than we have to - significantly more.

Is there anyone out there with the software expertise to do some data scraping and compare what we are all paying per click?

Hello, sellers! 👋

Are you selling on TikTok Shop and looking for a faster, more reliable way to fulfill orders? Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) is now a supported fulfillment solution for TikTok Shop — and it could be a game-changer for your business.

Why Use MCF for TikTok Shop?

With MCF, you can leverage a single pool of inventory within Amazon's fulfillment network to support fast, reliable delivery across all your sales channels, including TikTok Shop. This means:

✅ Faster delivery — Use Amazon's fulfillment network to get orders to TikTok Shop customers quickly

✅ Reduced inventory costs — No need to split inventory across multiple warehouses

✅ Unified fulfillment — Manage all your orders from one place, saving you time and operational headaches

How to Get Started

Your setup depends on whether you have access to Seller Shipping on TikTok Shop:

  • If you have Seller Shipping access: You can continue fulfilling TikTok Shop orders via Amazon MCF with no workflow changes required. There's no need to create an Amazon MCF warehouse — you're all set!

Understanding how customers shop can help you make smarter decisions about your listings, pricing, and fulfillment strategy.

Here are three trends transforming how shoppers use their devices, purchase internationally, and pay at checkout:

  • Mobile dominates shopping, but conversion still lags. 91% of shoppers now use smartphones to browse and buy, yet mobile converts at less than half the rate of desktop (1.53% vs. 3.4%) due to smaller screens and checkout friction. Mobile already accounts for over half of all cross-border purchases globally. Use Manage Your Experiments to A/B test mobile-optimized main images, titles, and A+ Content layouts to help close the conversion gap.
  • Cross-border shopping is mainstream. Three in five shoppers globally now purchase from retailers outside their home market. Enroll in Amazon Global Selling to list your products across 19+ international marketplaces from a unified Seller Central account, with automatic translation and local currency pricing.
  • Buy now, pay later is reshaping checkout behavior. Over a third of US shoppers made a buy now, pay later purchase in the past 90 days. This is a five-point increase year over year. In the UK, more than half of adults have now used buy now, pay later. Use Virtual Product Bundles (available to Brand Registered sellers) to create multi-item bundles that bring cart totals above the eligibility threshold.

Amzon send used clothing to customer
by Seller_wgmVGcn2AU9bA
Amazon replied

I received so many negative reviews due to customer received dresses with sweat stain in the armpit, ciggarette and perfume smell, dog and cat hair etc. Let's not talk about bad customer behaviors, doesn't Amazon suppose to inspect return items? If the warehouse employee at least open the package they would notice the smell.

Is there a solution to make Amazon carefully checks return packages?

Thanks guys

I'm posting in the hope that an admin might read this and assist. I'll cut to the chase:

Customer opened an A to Z for a package that got lost in the mail.

I shipped the package a day earlier than required.

Shipping was purchased through Amazon.

Order page says "Claims protected."

Despite this, the A to Z was found in favor of the customer.

But wait...I'm not just out the cost of the item. The claim resulted in an order defect rate of 1.27% that essentially shut my shop down so I can't even sell to overcome that defect rate!

My livelihood is affected because of somebody incompetent in the A to Z department who can't even give me an explanation for their illogical decision. I've contacted customer support but all they do is transfer it and I got a second rejection. My follow-up support ticket isn't moving after a couple days.

What options do I have?

Hey sellers,

We’re on Transparency, but other sellers can still use our listing for Shop Direct / FBM orders. These units don’t need Transparency codes, so unauthorized sellers can sell our products while we spend on ads and traffic.

Anyone figured out how to block Shop Direct / FBM hijackers even with Transparency enabled? Looking for practical tips or workarounds.

Thanks!

I received an "[Action Required] Information needed for your Selling on Amazon payment account" email from seller central asking me to update my legal entity on the .ca marketplace.

I have a North America Unified Account but I ONLY sell on Amazon.com (US). I have never listed or sold anything on Amazon.ca. I don't want to sell in Canada.

The email says I "incorrectly selected the individual legal entity during registration" and is asking me to update to the correct business type (Sole Proprietor, etc.) on sellercentral.amazon.ca.

My question: What is the safest way to handle this without risking my .com account?

Specifically:

Should I complete the .ca verification as requested?

Should I ignore it?

Is there any risk to my .com selling privileges if I don't respond?

Has anyone been through this exact situation with a Unified Account?

I do NOT want to close the .ca account — I've read that can cause problems with the linked .com account. I just want to make sure whatever I do doesn't affect my active US selling account.

Email below:

"[Action Required] Information needed for your Selling on Amazon payment account

Hello,

We are contacting you because you have incorrectly selected the individual legal entity during registration, but your selling activity fits the criteria for a business or partnership. If you think that your selling activity fits the individual legal entity criteria, reply to this email to confirm the following.

What do I have to do?

To proceed with the verification, you have to register with the correct legal entity.

Use the following information to select the correct legal entity:

-- Individual: Select this option if you do not intend to sell on Amazon commercially or professionally. This option allows you to sell personal items that you no longer want or need, for example, old DVDs or books.

-- Sole Proprietor: This legal entity is applicable for any commercial individuals who sell for profit. A sole proprietorship is registered with the local authorities. There is no legal distinction between the owner and the business.

-- State-owned business: This is a business that is either wholly or partially owned and operated by a government.

-- Publicly-listed business: This is a business with shares listed on a stock exchange for public trading.

-- Privately-owned business: These entities, such as limited companies or partnerships, are businesses controlled and operated by private individuals.

-- Charity: This is an incorporated or non-incorporated tax-exempt body.

How do I update the required information?

....

Thanks in advance.
