Amazon took down all of my listings for my butterfly knife trainers and cited that butterfly knives, including some trainers, are considered dangerous items. I tried to get it back up by going through the appeal channel and getting help from support however they all say the same thing about how its a restricted item. What I don't understand is why my listing got taken down but still there continues to be listings for extremely similar products on amazon that are 'amazons choice' and have 6 year old reviews. What do I have to do to get my product reinstated, I have tried to prove it isn't sharp and cant be used to harm anyone.

I registered for the German marketplace via the "Sell Globally" feature on the US site, but it has been 10 days without any update on the review status, and the German marketplace does not appear in the marketplace switcher. Customer service responses have been inconsistent. Has anyone else encountered these issues when registering for the German marketplace?

A huge time suck not only reviewing but Amazon requires specific feedback about each rejection.

Unquestionably, this is being used to train the AI.

Of courses, knowing my valuable time has no value to Amazon, and what this is for, the company may just get an 'inaccurate' response for everything. I'm not your beta tester.

I also like how the AI is making changes and requiring reviews for products DELETED YEARS AGO where there is no product listing or product graphics. How does that happen?

Update: This is turning into an insane situation - HUNDREDS of changes - I have 30,000+ SKUs and this is about be overwhelming.

It's a stupid thing to do anyway because anyone can see the product shape, but Spanish?

ALSO - WHY IS AI MAKING CHANGES AND THEN FORCING SELLERS TO AGREE OR DISAGREE TO REVERSE A CHANGE ALREADY MADE??? IT SHOULD BE AI PROPOSES A CHANGE AND ONLY IF A SELLER AGREES IS THE CHANGE PUBLISHED.

We’re on Transparency, but other sellers can still use our listing for Shop Direct / FBM orders. These units don’t need Transparency codes, so unauthorized sellers can sell our products while we spend on ads and traffic.

Anyone figured out how to block Shop Direct / FBM hijackers even with Transparency enabled? Looking for practical tips or workarounds.

I'm posting in the hope that an admin might read this and assist. I'll cut to the chase:

Customer opened an A to Z for a package that got lost in the mail.

I shipped the package a day earlier than required.

Shipping was purchased through Amazon.

Order page says "Claims protected."

Despite this, the A to Z was found in favor of the customer.

But wait...I'm not just out the cost of the item. The claim resulted in an order defect rate of 1.27% that essentially shut my shop down so I can't even sell to overcome that defect rate!

My livelihood is affected because of somebody incompetent in the A to Z department who can't even give me an explanation for their illogical decision. I've contacted customer support but all they do is transfer it and I got a second rejection. My follow-up support ticket isn't moving after a couple days.

What options do I have?
