Hello Sellers and Amazon Forum Support,
I am seeking guidance regarding a high pricing error that has suddenly been applied to one of my product variations.
I sell multiple variations of the same product, and the other variations are still active and selling normally at proportionate prices.
However, one variation has now been marked as having a high price without any clear explanation or recent major pricing change on my side.
What makes this situation more confusing is that many comparable competing products are currently being sold at significantly higher prices - in some cases, nearly twice our price.
Despite this, our offer remains inactive, while similar and more expensive offers continue to sell.
I have already contacted Seller Support (case ID 21151266091) and explained the situation, but the responses continue to direct me to lower the price without providing the comparable offers or price range being used for the decision.
Repeatedly reducing the price is not a sustainable solution when the current price is already competitive and reflects the product quantity, quality, and selling costs.
This ongoing back-and-forth is creating a serious issue for my business. It is affecting sales, advertising performance, inventory movement, and the overall stability of the variation family.
Could an Amazon Forum Moderator please review this issue and help escalate it to the appropriate pricing team?
I would also appreciate advice from sellers who have experienced and successfully resolved a similar situation.
Thank you
