A complainant is filing counterfeit complaints on a product that does not belong to them. The product is KIRKLAND SIGNATURE Minoxidil. This trademark is owned by Costco Wholesale Corporation (USPTO 2267825, Class 005 Pharmaceuticals). The complainant is using OLINE (USPTO 7182705, Class 020 Furniture). OLINE is an office chair brand. It has nothing to do with this product. They are filing counterfeit on a product that is not theirs.
This same complainant also previously filed a complaint using a fake Costco email address: legal-ops [at] costco [dot] com (Complaint 19545716981). Costco Corporate Counsel Gary Swearingen confirmed via DKIM-verified email that this is not a legitimate Costco address. Costco uses only Tracer AI and Red Points for enforcement.
Amazon already ruled in my favor TWICE on previous complaints from this same party:
Complaint 19541169991 (Feb 24, 2026) — WON, violation removed
Complaint 19536325951 (Feb 24, 2026) — WON, violation removed
Amazon Brand Registry also corrected the brand to KIRKLAND on this ASIN under Case 19526212391.
Despite two wins, a brand correction, and a confirmed fake email, the same party filed again (Complaint 19672659121). My appeal was rejected today. I submitted Costco invoices, and bank statements. What else can I provide against someone filing counterfeit on a product that is not theirs?
