Hello Amazon Compliance Team, @Seller_8hQgfj6OVZYse, @Seller_t9kvdr2yixQej, @Seller_zukQNO61PzGck
I need help with a compliance classification issue for ASIN B0FDRGBBD7.
Amazon Compliance is requesting ASTM F1967-24 or 16 CFR 1215 under the Infant Bath Seats category. However, my product is not an infant bath seat. It is a Collapsible Baby Bathtub Set, and the main product is a foldable baby bathtub that retains water.
The correct compliance category should be Infant Bath Tubs, not Infant Bath Seats.
I already submitted the applicable Infant Bath Tub documentation, including:
CPC for VASTIO™ 6-in-1 Collapsible Baby Bathing Set, model VSO-BP-BTS-GY01.
Test report for Foldable Baby Bathtub, model BBT001, covering ASTM F2670-22.
Additional test reports for the included accessories.
Tracking label images.
The submitted bathtub test report identifies the product as “Baby Bath Tub,” model BBT001, and covers ASTM F2670-22, which is the applicable standard for infant bath tubs. The CPC also cites ASTM F2670-22 and 16 CFR Part 1234.
The issue is that Compliance continues to request ASTM F1967-24 or 16 CFR 1215, which applies to infant bath seats, not infant bath tubs. I cannot provide a test report for a standard that does not apply to my product.
Could a Community Manager please help escalate this to the appropriate Compliance Team for re-review of the product classification?
If Amazon believes this ASIN must remain classified as an Infant Bath Seat, please help me understand which exact detail page element, image, bullet point, or included component is triggering that classification, so I can correct it properly.
We need urgent help on this since we are re-stocking, please.
