OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES REQUIRES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU MUST NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

Void where prohibited by law and outside the United States. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

1.         Eligibility. The Amazon Seller Forums Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in one of 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age and an actively enrolled Amazon selling partner with a Seller Forums account. Employees, officers, and directors of Amazon.com Services LLC (“Sponsor”) or any of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements, as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

2.         Sponsor. Amazon.com Services LLC, 410 Terry Avenue, Seattle, WA 98109.

3.         Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins when Sponsor creates a post on the Seller Forums announcing the start of the Sweepstakes on December 8, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Post”) and ends on December 21, 2025 at 11:59pm PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4.         How to Enter.

An Amazon Seller Forums Community Manager account will create the Sweepstakes Post at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. In order to enter, during the Sweepstakes Period you must comment on the Sweepstakes Post with your tips on how to manage or boost your business during slow sales periods.

Sweepstakes participation requires (i) access to the internet; and (ii) a valid Sellers Forum account. It is free to sign up for a Sellers Forum account. Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or mobile service provider(s) may apply.

Upon completing the required steps, you will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes. LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. Entries received in excess of this limit will be disqualified. Any attempt by an individual to submit more than the stated number of Entries may result in disqualification. All winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded (each a “Potential Winner” until verified).

By submitting an Entry, you (“Entrant”) agree that Sponsor or its designees may contact you via your case log in Seller Central. Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, or service providers may use Entrants’ personal information submitted with Entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest.

Automated or bulk Entries or Entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified, at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same Sellers Forum account. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the Sellers Forum account used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned a Sellers Forum account by Sponsor. Potential Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive social media handle will be disqualified and ineligible to win. All information or steps required by these Official Rules must be completed and provide to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified.

Entries, comments and content submitted or uploaded to any social media sites or other public sites in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Content Submissions”) may not contain, depict or show any content that: (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, obscene; (ii) promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message; (iii) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor or other companies; (iv) contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, last names (first names are permitted), e-mail addresses or street addresses for any person other than entrant, or otherwise infringes on the privacy of any person other than an entrant; (v) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and good will of Sponsor’s brand; and/or (vii) violates any law. Any Content Submissions that contain such content will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any Content Submission that it believes is inappropriate, that does not comply with these Official Rules, or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Sweepstakes.

4.         Selection of Winners. Ten (10) Potential Winner will be selected to win a Prize in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. The drawing will be held on or about December 21, 2025 from among all eligible Entries received. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR WHOSE DECISIONS IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

One (1) Prize per person. Potential Winners will be notified via private message on Seller Forums. Except where legally prohibited, each Potential Winner may be required to complete a Declaration of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release to claim his/her Prize.

Failure to respond to the attempted notification detailed above within 72 hours or to comply with any other provision herein may result in the Potential Winner being disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which any remaining prizes will remain un-rewarded.

Once a Potential Winner has complied with all of the conditions herein, and his/her eligibility has been verified, he/she will be declared an official “Winner” of the Sweepstakes.

5.         Prizes. Ten (10) Winners shall be awarded the Prize (“Prize”), which consists of a $100 Amazon.com Gift Card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize is one hundred dollars ($100 USD). Prize is subject to Amazon.com Gift Card terms and conditions, http://www.amazon.com/gc-legal.

All applicable federal, state, and local tax liabilities, fees, and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically stated herein, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions, at its sole discretion.  

If a Prize is returned as undeliverable or is unable to be awarded for any reason, the applicable Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes or components thereof.

Awarding of a Prize is subject to the Winner’s acceptance of all requisite conditions within these Official Rules and Winner’s ability and agreement to grant the rights set forth in these Official Rules and execute the required documentation (if any is required). By accepting a Prize, the Winner acknowledges and affirms compliance with these Official Rules.

6.         Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of Prize constitutes Winner’s grant to Sweepstakes Entities (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request of Sponsor) and their designees the right and permission to use Winner’s name, likeness, biography, statements, voice, image and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media now or hereafter known, for any purpose, including without limitation, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional consideration, compensation, permission, or notification to such Winner, and such individual hereby releases the SweepstakesEntities and their designees from any liability with respect to such use.

7.         General Conditions. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its discretion, void any suspect Entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the Prize(s) at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.

8.         Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Limitation of Liability; Releases. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, and Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Washington or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Washington.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of King County, Washington, United States and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum.

BY ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
