Dear Amazon.com,

I suffered a lot in the Vine program you created! When I applied Vine to some products, a significant amount was deducted from my account! And then, despite my products having good packaging and being good quality items, none of my products received good ratings! Why, why, why? Then tell me why I and all other sellers should join the Vine program.

My humble request to all sellers is not to use the vine program to get their listings reviewed!

I have enrolled 30 pcs in Vine, Vine customers have claimed all of the units, but I received only 19 reviews. It's already more than a month spent.

Hi,

I enrolled VINE in August for 10 enrollment. Now my VINE page shows 5 were claimed and 0 was available. I need to understand what happend to the rest of 5 VINE products as they are not available for VINE voices nor available for me to sell.

I have opened a case with assistant chat caseID=18682824681, was told to send a personal email to the Contact Community Moderation CS Specialists but no replies for a week now.

Somebody please help.

Hi, got a 2 Star vine review and the thing they complained about is clearly listed in the product description and bullet points. Any recourse for this or am I just out of luck? Thanks.

Next time I won't do vine I guess. I would expect the vine reviewers to read the product description at least, disappointing.

I am writing to formally address an inappropriate and unprofessional Vine review left on my product, the Cornerments Heavenly Guardian, which appears on my Amazon listing. The review violates both Amazon's Community Guidelines and the terms and spirit of the Vine Program Rules, which emphasize fair and unbiased feedback.

The Review in Question

The reviewer stated:"I know the Bible pretty well and I don’t remember the story of Jesus losing his hand. If you are looking for a 1-handed Jesus then this is the one for you. If you want an intact Jesus then you should look other places."

Reasons for Complaint

Violation of Amazon Community Guidelines:

The review includes sarcastic and disparaging language aimed at the product and its concept rather than providing constructive, unbiased feedback.

We launched a new product and signed up for the Vine Review Program.

So far we "received" 4 vine reviews. However each of these reviews disappeared exactly after a day.

We have zero reviews now.

Hello Amazon Support Team,

We would like to request a review of the following Vine review for potential policy violation.

The reviewer received the product at no cost through the Vine program but rated it primarily on perceived price value, stating:

“I can’t see the sense in paying that much for what essentially are two baby rattles.”

Because Vine reviewers do not make a purchase or experience the pricing decision, basing their rating on cost may not meet the Vine program’s requirement for objective, experience-based feedback. Vine reviews must reflect actual product use — not pricing evaluation on an item they received for free.

Notably, the reviewer confirms the product is:

• very well made

• high-end looking

• beautifully packaged

• soft and sensory stimulating for baby

The negative rating is solely due to price, despite the fact the reviewer did not pay. This can create an inaccurate value perception and may mislead actual paying customers.

Additionally, we are seeing a clear impact on our advertising conversion due to this rating, indicating it is already negatively influencing customer trust and purchase behaviour.

We respectfully request that this review be evaluated for policy compliance and removed if found to conflict with Vine guidelines.

Hello everyone i hope this thread helps somebody with my same question, im just wondering if somebody knows how it works if we have inventory on usa warehouses and we register on vine canada or even other europe countries, its worth it? i mean, i really dont know how to calculate the costs of a simply vine order from warehouses usa to canada or even europe.

We send this mail to community help on Sep. 29 2025, but no reply from them.

So we have to write down this on Seller Forums. Because we really need help, the quantity of Vine review of our ASINs are missing now.

ASIN A gets 10 vine reviews at first, but now only 2 left, other vine reviews are missing.

ASIN B gets 10 vine reviews at first, but now only 5 left, other vine reviews are missing.

ASIN C gets 10 vine reviews at first, but now only 3 left, other vine reviews are missing.

We are new seller of Amazon from May 2025, sorry that we do not know some rules of Amazon clearly and make some mistakes.

Our ASIN A, B, C were separately enrolled vine for 10 reviews, we hope put those 3 ASINs into the same parent ASIN, so that we can get 30 vine reviews. Some problems let us to make this mistake, we are really sorry.

Firstly, those 3 ASINs were in the same parent ASIN D(they are same desgin in different colors) before Sep. 14, 2025. Our EX colleague enrolled the ASIN A for 2 free vine reviews on June 24, 2025. Since from September, we find the parent ASIN D has less reviews, which is not good for attracting customers. We hope enroll A, B, C to get more vine reviews, but the vine system shows that they have been enrolled. We are shocked why this happen, that means this parent ASIN only can have 2 vine reviews. But our aim is to get 30 vine reviews. So we have a try to delete the parent ASIN D, and separately enroll those 3 ASIN again, it success. We don’t understand why these 3 ASIN can not be enrolled when they are in the same parent ASIN, but after being separated, they are able to enroll vine.

Secondly, we open case to confirm whether we can get 30 vine reviews through put these 3 ASIN into the same parent ASIN after each of them gets 10 vine reviews. The customer service doesn’t tell us that we will only get 10 vine reviews even though put these 3 ASIN to same parent ASIN. If this customer service can tell us the vine rule more clear, we will only select one ASIN to enroll 30 vine review.

Thirdly, we misunderstand the rule of vine. We know one parent ASIN will not get vine reviews more than 30 pieces, so we think ‘10 vine reviews+10vine reviews+10vine reviews=30vine reviews’ is OK, but we know we are wrong now.

We separately enrolled 3 ASIN for 10 reviews, each one spent $75,total amount is $225. And we have sent out 30 free samples to vine reviewer. As a new seller on Amazon, we don’t want more, just 30 vine reviews, please help us to get those vine reviews back, thank you!

Sincerely hope Amazon can help us to overcome this problem, it really affect our sales on Amazon. We believe that we will not make this mistake again.
