I tried all the methods you mentioned a long time ago, but they clearly don't work. The problem is that you are just mechanically checking whether the response itself has issues, without ever actually reading the seller's perspective or understanding the actual situation they are facing.
You need to look at whether this negative review was caused by the circumstances the seller described (specifically, malicious hijacking by other sellers). In this case, the seller is also a victim.
Why can’t you investigate whether this was caused by malicious hijackers?
When these sellers are reported and their stores are taken down, doesn't that prove the report was valid? If so, it confirms the issue had nothing to do with the products sold by my brand. Why should I have to suffer the consequences of someone else's misconduct?
I suggest that you stop providing robotic responses, such as telling me to click the "report" button or send emails.
If you truly want to resolve this issue, please coordinate with your team to investigate whether my listing is being targeted by malicious "hijackers" (piggyback sellers). Additionally, please verify which specific store actually fulfilled the order for the consumer who received the product.
