I would like the moderators to please review my store and restore the Featured offer eligibility on the entire listing that has lost the eligibility since weeks.

It doesn't seem related to selling in any of our NA stores. If you happen to sell in other global Amazon stores, you should share this CASE ID and question about Featured Offer Eligibility within that Seller Forums space as we have Community Managers across the world.
To post in another country's Seller Forums all you have to do is going to the upper right hand corner of the forums and select the drop down with the flag on it. You will pick the country where this CASE ID is most applicable (For Example: UK forums) and then post a new discussion within that space. One of our Community Managers will follow up with you shortly after the thread is posted.
