Since Amazon Robotics was founded in 2012, we’ve developed, produced, and deployed more than 750,000 robots across our operations network.
The goal of robotics technology within our operations is simple: pair employees with the right technology to make their workday safer, easier, and more productive—while helping us deliver packages to customers faster than ever.
We’ve taken robotics technology to the next level with the launch of our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Shreveport, Louisiana. Equipped with the latest innovations, this site uses eight different robotics systems that work in harmony to support package fulfillment and delivery.
Additionally, these robots use Amazon Web Services cloud computing technology to operate more efficiently by storing and processing rich data generated by sensors, cameras, and machine processes. We plan to scale these robotics systems to existing facilities across the network.

How about focusing on fixing on some of the issues that we are all being faced, dealing with Amazon?
- "Missing" Inventory
- Cases open for 90+ days
- Short-changing on reimbursements
- Mis-categorizing items, in order to squeeze out higher referral fees
- Dealing with cases being answered either by AI or by outsourced copy-and-paster's, that do not solve anything.
- Non-stop returns abuse by Amazon Customers
- Amazon Charging Return Processing fees, on orders that were delivered late by Amazon, and then returned due to Order not received by delivery date.
- FBA delaying processing inbound shipments for 6+ weeks
- Paying placement fees, and then Amazon redistributing shipment to other locations tying up inventory for several weeks.
