I'm seller based in Poland, I have polish bank account attached to the amazon.com

I was getting payments without any issue on Jan-August 2024, since August (without any changes) all of them are failed

My account is healthy, bank account is verified (many times)

The last reason is: The disbursement failed because portion of the request made to processor was invalid. This could be caused because of including in a request either or any of bad value, a disallowed value or data which is not allowed per the processor configuration.

Please note that this is will be the fourth time waiting "up to 72 hours" after being notified that the listing appeal was approved.

We have heard the exact same response from Amazon Account Health Support on August 13th, August 18th and August 20th. Each time we were told that it can take 24-72 business hours to see the violation removed and the listing be available to be updated, and that the issue was transferred to the appropriate party. We have tried Edit Listing via the Account Panel, as well as flat file uploads after the 72 hour window.

I'm in need of urgent assistance regarding a listing hijacking issue that’s been ongoing for months. We are the original manufacturer and sole distributor of a product we launched five years ago. Unfortunately, our listing has been hijacked, and it's now displaying the wrong brand. This is the second time this has happened, and while Seller Support was able to revert the listing to our brand name in the past, we’re still facing issues this time around.

I initially reported this infringement in August 2024, but despite multiple attempts to get this resolved, the issue remains unresolved. I continue to receive automatic responses from Seller Support stating that I’m not authorized to modify the brand on the product detail page.

This situation is critical as we are the rightful brand owner and need the listing corrected ASAP. Has anyone else dealt with a similar situation? Any advice on how to escalate this or get a resolution would be greatly appreciated.
