my listing says it is "active" and available, but the product page says that it's "currently unavailable." Why is this happening? My account was inactiveted due to the payment method. Then, I changed the payment method, and my account was reactivated but the product page is in "currently unavailable." status. what can i do to resolve.

Based on the timing of your post, I have to assume you are not in the United States (neither am I).
Have you tried putting a United States zip code on the top left of the product page you are viewing? Most of the items I view on the Amazon.com webpage show as "currently unavailable" unless I put a United States zip code on the top left of the page (such as 33165)

I'm sorry you are having issues with your listing being inactive. In general my recommendation is to update the listing and try to make it live again via an upload.
