Lately, Amazon has been aggressively violating listings that use the Trump trademarks (Trump, MAGA, or Make America Great Again). I agree with that, since they are registered marks.

I sell hats, some political on all sides. I had many listings violate due to the mentioned trademarks. I've since removed all my listings that have those marks to avoid future violations.

Now Amazon is violating parody listings as logo misuse for wordmark "Make America Great Again" A few of my listings so far that say "Make America _____ Again" have violated.

Parody is protected under fair use and the first amendment, "Make America Great Again" is a wordmark and not a logo, plus you cannot trademark fonts (Century Book).

Amazon is aggressively defending Trumps trademarks, some justified, plenty not.

Is anybody else seeing a flood of "Trump" IP violations over the last 24 hours? I've received 15 violations since yesterday morning (and counting). Not sure if there's anything I can do sans simply removing all of the listings. Thoughts?

Today, hundreds of caps were removed where you can see the words Trump, Vance, Kennedy.

It seems like an anti-Trump campaign has begun.. It's strange that this is happening today, and not yesterday....

I can't understand what violation is in the texts where these words are - Trump Vance Musk? The Fix button doesn't work...

I can't understand what this cap violates, for example Trump Musk - ONE Team - ONE Dream? Who does it offend? or Cap Trump Golden Age hat - Golden Age Trump hat - Golden Age of America Hats?

Help me understand the reason.
