Unable to reactivate my listing - "You are not approved to list this product and we are not accepting applications at this time"
Hello,
We are the sole seller and brand owner of all my ASINs. We were selling without issue for a long time and eventually went out of stock for some time. When restocking, we noticed that both our listings were marked as "Inactive". When we attempt to activate them again so we can send FBA inventory, we get the following messages: "Fix Listing Issues" -> "Request Approval" -> "We are not accepting applications to sell: Other category in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"
How can we go about activating this listing again so we can replenish inventory and begin selling again? Can anyone provide guidance on how to rectify this?
When we contact support, the only thing they tell us to do is simply "wait"... Their support only state that "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific details about the eligibility criteria or the exact reasons your account does not currently qualify to sell these products. The determination is based on multiple factors including account metrics, distribution pathways of the brand, and other considerations that are part of our internal review process. We do not have a submission process available at this time that would allow you to provide additional documentation to meet the criteria. We recommend continuing to maintain strong account health metrics and monitoring your eligibility status. If your account becomes eligible to sell these products in the future, you will see "Apply to sell" next to the products in the "Add Products" feature in Seller Central."
I've heard @Michelle_Amazon is adept at resolving such matters. Michelle, I'd truly appreciate your input and assistance in resolving this so we can resume selling our products.

The first question is -- Are you in Brand Registry and if so, what have they said?

We have exactly the same problem.
I assume from you user name that your item is a food product.
We have a food product that is exclusively our formula, and brand. We did not sell that specific item because of a supply issue with one of the ingredients.
A few weeks ago it became inactive.
Clicking on the link to fix the issue we got the same response as you did.
We are not pursing the issue right now because it was not a good seller. But we are very concerned why this is happening.
We have several food items in the same category and are worried they will be deactivated because of some glitch or bot....
