Invoice Rejection Issue – Case ID 20248633761

Hello Team,

Case ID: 20248633761

I am facing an issue with invoice verification. My invoices are being rejected even though all requirements are correctly fulfilled.

Details:

The distributor is officially authorized by the brand, and I have authorization confirmation from the brand via email.

The invoice is fully paid.

Name and address on the invoice are correct.

The invoice is within the last 180 days.

Supplier website, phone number, and email address are clearly mentioned.

The invoice contains more than 10 units as required.

I have carefully checked all the details, and the invoice appears completely valid. Please review the case manually and help resolve this issue.

Thank you.

So, do YOU have authorization from the brand to sell your their products? Because it sounds like you provided an email that says the distributor is authorized, but not that YOU are. Just because the disty id authorized doesn't mean that you are. An email is unlikely to be accepted because it can be edited to say whatever you want. The invoice itself is also allowed to only be sent in certain ways NON-editable format (.pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif.)

You need a letter from the brand that says YOUR company is authorized to sell their products and that they allow sales on third party sites such as AMZ. Get that and then resubmit your invoices with it.

Hey @Seller_g9QC9Ez3AZQqN

Thank you for reaching out to the community about your invoice rejection issue. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you believe you've met all the stated requirements.

Based on the information shared, here are a few key points to consider:

  • A distributor relationship does not equal brand authorization. Even if the brand directed you to their US distributor, Amazon requires explicit permission from the brand owner to sell their products on Amazon.
  • You need a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand owner that specifically states your company name (Oneflect Commerce LLC) is authorized to sell their products on Amazon or third-party platforms.
  • Invoice format matters. Ensure your invoices are submitted in non-editable formats (.pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif).
  • Amazon's requirements evolve. While the "Apply to Sell" process may only ask for invoices initially, additional documentation like an LOA may be required to complete approval.

We recommend reaching out directly to the brand owner to obtain a formal LOA, then resubmitting your application with both the LOA and your invoices.

Best Regards,

Thea
