Changing the brand name of the listing against Amazon policies

I have been selling under a list for over 1 year and I have sold 2,000 products. I did not create the list, it was a previously created list. A while ago, someone completely changed the name of the list.
Normally, the list name was registered as ''MAGIC-ZONE''. Someone changed it to ''AWH''. This is against Amazon policies because the list name cannot be changed or only a few spelling errors can be corrected.
When the brand name of the list was changed, I first got the error ''Your does not qualify'' when I tried to send new stock. There was no such problem with the previous brand name. Secondly, the real problem is that I have 528 stocks of the current product in the Amazon warehouse.
Suddenly the list was inactive and my stocks became idle. A completely illegal transaction was made here and I think there may be different focuses behind it.
1- Why was the Brand name of the list, which is against the policies, allowed to be changed?
2- Why was the list inactive and my current inventory in the Amazon warehouse became idle when I should not have been able to send only new stock due to the Your does not qualify error. 528 pieces.
(No customer complaints, 2000 products sold, everyone is happy)
I expect support from the relevant teams to correct this situation and I request that the brand name of the list that was changed against the policies be withdrawn and the list be moved back to the previous brand name. In this way, the list will not give a qualified warning and will be offered for sale again in my stocks.

I started to see constant brand changes in many lists, someone found a loophole and is violating this, I request urgent intervention. Right now, I want to report another list that I have high stock in, apart from many lists. It was not a trademarked list. They have now moved the list under a trademarked brand and maybe they will complain about me and remove me from the list. Someone is constantly collecting lists under a brand. This needs urgent intervention and brand changes should be reversed.
Right now, when I try to send new stock to this list, I get the error Your does not qualify. Normally, there was no problem under the other brand. In other words, someone is violating the policies through the loophole in the system and is attempting to seize the lists.
Please, we request and expect the relevant action to be taken.
