I have several shipments from AWD to FBA with discrepancies (i.e., the actual received quantity is less than what was shipped from AWD). I submitted support cases two months ago (mid-January) but haven't received a response yet. I ask for updates in the case last week, but still haven't gotten a reply.
What should I do next?

We have been in the same boat. There is no accountability on AWD side. We have Amazon account manager who is trying to help but that is also helpless efforts. We have been waiting for months to finish "Their" investigation.
AWD adds another potential point of failure into the mismanagement of Amazon's distribution network.
Also, please check the fees that you are paying Amazon to move shipments from AWD to FBA.
