I have 2 ASINS's FBA inventory stuck at FC Processing over 4 months.

Those inventory became available certain times but they go back to FC Processing.

I am getting charged peak season storage fee and my inventory is low.

We continue to have an issue with units stuck in FC Processing. When I open a case, I'm told it can take 3 days to complete FC Processing. 51 units have been in this status for over a month. We need the inventory sellable for the upcoming Mother's Day in the US. The 51 units represent over $20,000 in merchandise. This is not new inventory that shipped in, it was previously sellable but taken out of sellable status into FC Processing.

No good answers from support. Can I get someone from Amazon to really dig into what is going on? If the merch is lost, let me know and I can request a refund and get more merch shipped in before Mother's Day.

Each time I open a case, support tells me to wait a couple weeks. It has been over 6 months that my skus have been stuck in FC Processing. I am trying to close my amazon account, but i am not allowed to because of these two units in FC Processing. The customer service team is not reading my messages. they respond the same thing without listening. Please help! I need to get these units out of FC Processing
