I have two listing that has been changed from my store name to other brand. I am the creator who made the artwork for my cards.

Opened a case with seller support , Case number : 17501320291. In the case, I have attached screenshot of video showing my brand.

When I go to Edit Listing, the brand name is locked with our selection, but above it shows an incorrect different brand name in grey above it, indicating that is what is showing as live.

Incorrect brand name was Huytrfa and it seems like this brand name: Huytrfa is stealing and hijacking other brand name and make as their own.

please help me to fix this issue.

Mods, please help me get this fixed. This is extremely alarming and very concerning.

+ Just got a response from seller support that they see as my brand not others. and they closed the case but it's still showing as other one.
