I am tring to reactivat my account, but I keep seeing a banner that says, 'Something went wrong. We are unable to load content for this page.'

My USA account was deactivated due to inactivity. I am trying to reactivate the account, but when I click on the verification page, it keeps showing a message that says, 'Something went wrong. We are unable to load content for this page.' After I upload the documents, I keep receiving repetitive emails saying, 'We have reviewed your submission, but we could not complete your verification. As a result, your account will not be activated.'

I have a few questions regarding this situation:

I’m unsure if the banner indicates a glitch on the website, and whether Amazon is actually receiving my documents.

I have not received any guidance on why the documents were rejected.

Could you please advise on what steps I should take in this case?

I did look at your account and was able to mirror it on my end and I am able to view your home page. It looks like you need to complete review your country of establishment and business type. You can do that on this page by clicking "reactivate account" hyperlink.
