We launched a new product recently and have been receiving fake product reviews in an effort to hurt our sales/listing that appears to be from a competitor.
We have reported these reviews & emailed the team to handle and so far we have had 2 removed but as we remove them the "competitor" continues to send fake reviews. We currently still have 4 fake reviews that need to be removed and we haven't had any update within the past 3 weeks.

When reviewing your post, I see that you reviews are related to your account in Amazon Mexico, and this forums is for issues related to the US Amazon store. If possible, please post this question in our Amazon Forums in Mexico, that way, the team in charge of moderating the forums will be able to provide you with the respective support.
Why do I consider this is related to the MX Store?
Because I found the case you opened with Selling Partner Support ending in 8841 back August 25th, 2024.
What should you do if your issue is related to the MX Store?
You can post this same exact question in Amazon Forums MX but going to the upper right hand corner of the forums and switching to Mexico:
