Our products were successfully tested according to mechanical/physical standards, we have made Children's Product Certificate and CPC test reports and submitted documents on August 28, 2024.

All product listings have already become "inactive" .

We have been waiting for the approval, BUT the case status is always Pending Amazon Action, Document Review.

Amazon product compliance is still reviewing the Children's Product Certificate (CPC) and test report from August.

Today is October 23th, 2024, it's almost two months for the decision, no answers or results from the team.

On August 28, 2024, I submitted the laboratory's CPC and test report and pictures. There has been no review result until now.

During this period, I opened cases many times to inquire about the progress of the review, but the answer I got was

"Hello, thank you for your patience. We are currently working with the responsible team to study your issue. Once there is any additional information, we will provide an update immediately."

My approval status is still "under review".

Since my 3 product listings have become "inactive" (all 3 listing status: deleted), two of them have been listed and one is about to be listed. I hope the Amazon team can review the products as soon as possible. Their asins are B0DDKBH2GF, B0DDK942RT, B0D8S8SR3Y.

This review is worrying because the product has been ready for shipment at the Chinese manufacturer for a month, and the review process of the Amazon product compliance team is still in the "under review" status! ! I have only shipped 200 units of a product. If I cannot pass the CPC review and create a shipment before October 4, I will miss the peak season.
