AWD is delaying my shipment
Hello.
It was my first time to use AWD due to Amazon recommend this service before we ship by SPD.
When I checked the BOL status thru site, the status is already delivered almost 3 weeks ago but the status of my AWD is still on transit. This is the case number 16617031181 and they are just requiring date of purchasing, qty, blah blah.
My 2 shipment STAR-RXCFMWQGAHDYW, STAR-RX2WHXY5X72VW still did not check in and my current inventory is going to be out of stock soon, on this Q4, Nov Season. AWD will screw up my Q4 and Black Friday Season.
If someone from Amazon, please help and take care of this issue ASAP.

Our team took a look at that case and the shipments. The team let me know that both STAR-RX2WHXY5X72VW and STAR-RXCFMWQGAHDYW have arrived at the AWD DC, and we are tracking them through being received.
