Credit Card was rejected and seller account was deactivated.
Amazon deducted $1.4 from my credit card for advertising campaigns. However, Amazon refused to deduct dolloars from my credit card the next day and asked for a valid payment method. This credit card is valid and has hundreds of dollars for advertising and also Amazon has deducted once successfully. Now seller account was deactivated since there was an outstanding fee of $4.7. Please help!

If you had been using a debit card for advertising expenses, that debit card will not work to activate the selling account. It must be a true credit card for that.

Amazon will deduct an initial fee for a store using a DEBIT Card because they want your money.
After that it is pot luck as to whether a debit card works or not. @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl is correct and in most cases a credit card will work.
First, be sure it is an actual CREDIT Card. While Amazon claims that a Debit Card will work, that is seldom true!
Put the card number into your BUYER side account first. Wait an hour (sometimes less) for the gerbils to work their way through the system and then put it in the SELLER side.
Amazon is weird on so many levels and this seems to work at least sometimes!
