Bad Sales since Sept 2025
i dont know what went wrong. Sales have been super bad since Sept 2025. Due to this, I am always negative P&L. Nothing change in ads just drop on sales even with high views on ads. Is it the same case as everyone else?

"i dont know what went wrong."
Probably nothing that you have done -- either right or wrong.
Chalk it up to -
the ecomomy
rising unemployment
massive layoffs by large companies
tariffs
increasing late payments on auto loans and mortgages
the Government shutdown
people cutting back in general
AND, the never ending 'let's BOYCOTT and stop buying because we have a bug up our butt' about whatever.
The Fed cut interest rates because they see problems coming (worse than what is already here).
AND since ads are NOT HELPING be a bit smarter and cut back on what you are spending. YOU (as well as most sellers here) are going to need some reserve money if things get WORSE!

We've been selling online for nearly 20 years. There's ALWAYS a big drop in sales any time the government shuts down.

Hello @Seller_s77P9HeozzOv4 ,
If the ads have high views, did you use the Listing Quality Dashboard to confirm if there are actions you can take on the listings to improve search results and discovery? What other promotion strategies are you using?
I will share here the help page that clarifies how to use the Dashboard: Listing Quality Dashboard.

You’re not alone, many sellers see sudden drops in sales even when ad views remain high, often due to increased competition, seasonal demand shifts, or weaker keyword relevance over time. When this happens, keeping the same PPC setup usually makes things worse because the ads aren’t optimized for the new market conditions. [moderator edit: removed spam]

Yes. When you have to compete against Amazon own "disguised" brands it is tough to win because even if you get the click, Amazon tries to steal the sale away by surrounding you with competitor products that are actually theirs.

AZ Pulled the Plug on me a few weeks ago...I've listed new xmas books for $1 to see if they could sell...One is now pending But I'd Bet AZ drops it from becoming an order...Its Pathetic!

Just got done dealing with sellers support just oozing hatred anger rage as close to 20 of our regular selling items were taken down for high pricing errors yet we were the lowest selling price by far on this platform getting so freaking sick of this crap! Our sales would be up by 75% is Amazon was not playing games using unfair business practices against sellers. Removing items over price that they say is wrong after informing them they are wrong with multiple sources and year of constant sales data on this site if price fixing. Amazon can charge more fees, manipulate shipping to make you pay more shipping, usps can raise prices, costs of all goods has increase yet amazon is forcing prices lower back to the 2010's BS! Everyones sales dropped when AI listing manipulation started when Amazon removed all the buy boxes back when you had 4 choices on the main page now many time you dont have any choices with amazon basically telling customers to buy something else!

Same here. Mine happened on an exact day: September 26. We have sold +/-20% everyday of the year for the past few years. We sell pet consumables, so demand is always the same year round.
Literally from September 25 to September 26 my sales got cut exactly in half. Everyday since September 26 they have not recovered.
Only change: I use to come close to selling out constantly and had a hard time keeping up with demand and would lose sales due to being sold out, and pay low inventory fees regularly. So I decided to stock all my items about 25% heavier. You would think this would increase sales, but that is exactly when my sales have been cut in half.
We went from 60-80 units a day down to 25-40. No change, except being better stocked.
Support claims there is no issue with my account and confirms no changes to any of my listings.
