Fake 1- star review

Some of my listings are suffered from the attack- fake 1-star reviews:

1. All reviews were left on the same day, but without any VP.

2. There're some fake informations in the reviews, such as" bought" "works well" .

We contacted the review-appeals group, but can't receive the information what's going on while the 1-star reviews are left on and on.

How terrible to our sellers!
