We have an open case ID 15415833351 wherein Amazon keeps asking for additional invoices across multiple shipments. Initially, they requested invoices from three shipments within a specific date range for a certain FNSKU. We provided the necessary documents. They then requested additional invoices from four shipments within a different date range. I provided the invoices for these multiple shipments as well. Instead of updating us regarding the submitted invoices for this FNSKU, they requested invoices for more shipments. For the third time, we were asked to provide invoices for six shipments, some of which had shipment dates much earlier than the specified date range. Now, they have replied that they are unable to continue the investigation because they didn't accept the documentation. We have disputed this to Amazon and haven't received a response yet.
Has anyone experienced this before?
