Read onlyWe've run into a brick wall concerning a shipment to FBA. We generated a plan with optimized Amazon shipments and were given 4 fulfillment centers to ship to. This issue was that Amazon chose to send the bulk to one facility, 92 pallets of product. The system tells us that we need to use our own shipping carrier since partnered shipping is limited to 1 truckload max. No problem, we can arrange to send multiple trucks using our own shipping broker, and if Amazon is saying that's what they want, that's what they get. Once every product was labelled, palletized, and pallet weights/dims ready to enter, Amazon tells us that they can't issue more than 3 delivery appointments for a single FBA shipment, which is a maximum of 72 pallets (20 less than the shipment requires). This is even though the system knows our weights and dims and knew it would take 92 pallets to ship it all.
After a bunch of support emails, chats and calls, there is no way to create a 4th delivery appointment, and my only option is to cancel the entire shipping plan and start over (despite the dozens of man hours put into prepping those loads). If I send 3 of 4 loads, I'll get a huge ding on my account health, and support has basically thrown up their hands and said it's impossible to resolve in any other way.
@Michelle_Amazon @Manny_Amazon @Glenn_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon @Rose_Amazon, is there any way to get a resolution that doesn't involve cancelling the entire shipping plan and all the work already done? Support case is 17508712691.
