Hello Dear Amazon Brand Registry Support,
Our Brand Name is missing from all product titles, whereas some other sellers in our categories have brand names displayed in the title.
Seller Support says this is a new policy for listing titles to improve the customer experience. But interestingly, my competitors product titles all have their brand names. This is not a fair/consistent policy.
We are brand registered and customers actually search for our brand name when they buy our products, so it's only hurting the customer. I would like to have our brand name displayed in the title, too.
Looking through other forums, it seems like some sellers can request an exemption from this policy, but seller support is not being helpful. Can a mod please assist in requesting this exemption? Thank you!

Hi @Seller_o7eHDxO8pIxqQ,
Let me share what I found in the help documentation that might be helpful.
In the FAQ section at Product title requirements, Amazon mentions that "We recommend that you begin a title with the product's brand name in addition to ensuring the brand name field is populated. We have systems in place to add the brand name to the beginning of the title if it is missing, but providing it in the title ensures that it won't be omitted due to unexpected issues."
The same page also confirms that brand-registered products follow the same title requirements as non-brand-registered products.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
Best regards, Michael
We have the same issue. Can anyone at Amazon help? Our product titles are structured with our registered brand at the beginning of the title, etc. One of our products is even listed as "#1 Top Rated", yet Amazon's systems have excluded our company's brand name. A primary competitor's name is listed for all their products; it makes our company appear less established to not have the brand also identified.
I think you have to put the brand name in the title. Amazon does not do it for you.
I have the same problem. The brand name doesn't show up when you search for the products and look at the listings on Amazon but when I look at the edit listing it shows as we all expect with the brand name first
