Hello,

Recently I uploaded the commercial insurance certificate and got the response from Amazon:

''Based on the items that you sell, you are not eligible to submit a claims-made policy.''

I uploaded it several time and got the same e-mail every time with no further information why it is rejected.

I contacted the insurance company. They replied that the policy complies with all Amazon requirements.

Does anyone can help why it is rejected? Can you please help for reviewing the policy again?
